SWANK is a long-running record hop in Tokyo that is run by garage disc jockey king Hiroshi Sekuguchi along with a number of the metropolis' finest DJs including Rie from STOMPIN' RIFF RAFFS, Erostika manager Wild Ox, the wierdos that make up the DJ duo YUKKUM YUKKUM, namely the pint-sized OKD & sleaze-meister Mr. Death, as well as, record collector extraordinaire Matsui from fabled Teenage Babylon fame. As Wayne Manor is somewhat of a specialist in Christmas novelties and yuletide trash, he decided to test the old adage "ask and you shall receive" and begged Hiroshi to give him a chance to join SWANK as a guest DJ for a very special Xmas party... Lo and behold the Christmas wish was granted! Come on out to MEMPHIS KYODAI in SHIMO-KITAZAWA on Thursday, December 22nd to get your Christmas on and hop to some fine Rock'n Yule tunes!Oh, and chances are THE SPITFIRES from Perth, Australia will be there getting a taste of real rockin' Tokyo.
